Production process of synthetic leather

Raw material preparation
The raw materials for artificial leather mainly include base materials (cotton cloth base, synthetic fiber base, and fiber base), synthetic resins (PVC material, PU material, etc.).
Rolling roller coating
Apply the prepared synthetic resin material to the substrate with a professional machine calender roll, and then enter the oven to make the synthetic resin material fit with the substrate in the semi gel state.
Foaming treatment
After bonding, the unfinished artificial leather needs to be sent to a high-temperature environment for plasticization or foaming treatment, and then wait for surface cooling.
Texture detail processing
After cooling, the surface of the artificial leather can be embossed and modified, and finally coated with film.
